Datapoint: 16. That’s the number of emails in a chain between Donald Trump Jr. and a publicist named Rob Goldstone who offered to connect the president’s son with Russians offering anti-Hillary Clinton information as “part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump.”

Datapoint: 8. There are two groups of four Republican senators who seem to be the most important players in the Senate health care debate: Rand Paul, Ted Cruz ,Mike Lee, Ron Johnson on the conservative side and Dean Heller, Rob Portman, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins on the moderate side.
